"The President"
This is the first full-length shot of "The President" - the biggest tree on earth.
It's in Sequoia National Park, 3,200 years old and 247 feet tall.
The portrait was taken by National Geographic, and it's actually a
mosaic, made up of 126 photographs in order to capture the whole thing.
The President is not the tallest tree in the world – that honor goes to
a California redwood, which stands 379 feet (116 meters) tall – but in
terms of mass, it's the largest.
....To give you some perspective, that tiny red dot at the bottom on the left is a person!
